We are always in need of individuals with experience in the building trades to work with our Maintenance Staff or serve on our Parish Facilities Committee. The Facilities Committee meets monthly to identify repair-and-replace problems around our buildings and grounds, develop cost-effective solutions, and keep our campus and equipment running smoothly and looking its best. We need electricians, plumbers, carpenters, carpet installers, roofers, painters, etc., to provide us with your knowledge and expertise.
Liturgical Music

Our Choir is dedicated to prayerful and beautiful music, in the worship of God in authentic liturgies of our Catholic Faith, and in humble service to the Lord. Our repertoire consists of standard Catholic hymns, sacred contemporary anthems, and classic sacred motets (for example, Ave Verum, Panis Angelicus.) We have approximately 20 Choir members at this time and there is always room for more! Any parishioner, High School and older is welcome to join. There are no “try-outs” and there is no need to have sung in any choir previously. The Chorale sings approximately three times per month, from September through early June, and rehearsals are held every Thursday (with a few exceptions), from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Church.
If you are interested in joining the Chorale, please contact the parish office at 651-738-2646 Please provide your full name, best phone number to reach you, email address, and your vocal range (soprano, alto, tenor or bass). We are always looking for new choir members - please consider joining us!

St. Gregory Choristers is open to all youth grades 3-12 (younger with permission from director.) This is a fun and exciting group, filled with opportunities to enjoy and present the music of the Catholic Liturgy, from Gregorian Chant to recent compositions.
We cover the basics about the role of music in Catholic liturgies, as well as a bit of Catholic music history, chant basics, and responses for the Holy Mass. Singers receive instruction on proper breathing techniques, melody and rhythm, vocal tone quality and choral singing skills. We also focus on prayer and on presenting our very best to God at our liturgies.
Students who enroll must be able to match pitch, but do not have to be able to read music. In addition, you need not be a member of Transfiguration Parish to enroll.
This choir meets weekly during the school year for rehearsals on Thursday afternoons, 3:30-4:45 p.m.
If you are interested in enrolling your children or have any questions, please contact the parish office at 651-738-2646.

Several times during the year, the regular Adult Chorale opens up to “temporary” members. Many parishioners have indicated that they would like to sing with the Chorale but are unable to commit to the full choir season schedule. So we offer special "Seasonal Choirs" as an option. There are several opportunities throughout the year to join our parish choir for a specific Mass:
Easter Sunday Masses
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day MassesTwo to three rehearsals are required to sing with our Chorale at these Masses and it is a great opportunity to see if the choir is the place for you to share your gifts with God.
If you are interested in joining the Choir for one of the special Masses, please watch the Bulletin for information.

Our parish is blessed with many talented and generous singers and instrumentalists who volunteer their time and talent to add beauty to our music during various Masses and other events. In addition to singers for our Choirs, we have a need for flute, oboe, violin, viola, cello, trumpet and other instruments. If you are a musician of intermediate to advanced levels of skill on any of these instruments, and a competent sight-reader, please contact the parish office at 651-738-2646.
